About the P1 Citizen Advisory Committee:
Supervisor Gioia created the P1 Citizen Advisory Committee after the passage of the El Sobrante General Plan Amendment in 2012. The 9-member committee meets monthly (4th Wednesday of every month) to inform the development of a design framework and plan for the future the downtown core on San Pablo Dam Road and Appian Way. The final document is expected to be reviewed by the Board of Supervisors in October 2012.

If you are unable to attend the monthly meetings, please consider joining us at the General Community Meetings. Community meetings are scheduled to provide regular updates to community residents on the progress of the P1 Committee discussions and recommendations.
A community meeting was scheduled in December 2011. Upcoming community meetings are scheduled this April/May and another meeting in July/August.
