From: "Mister Phillips"
I would like to introduce myself to the thousands of you who recently started receiving emails from me. My given name is Mister Phillips. I am a civil rights attorney, U.S. Navy Reserve Lieutenant, and fourth generation resident of West Contra Costa County.
I am also running for the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors for District 1 (East Richmond Heights, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Kensington, Montalvin Manor, North Richmond, Richmond, Rollingwood, and San Pablo).
I am running for the Board of Supervisors because West Contra Costa County is neglected, and I am tired of it. My platform, the Five Point Plan for a Better West County, is to increase public safety, decrease unemployment, engage youth, care for seniors, and strengthen families.
Recently, I explained how I plan to increase public safety. Over the coming months, I will explain how I plan to accomplish the rest of my goals for West County. You can learn more about me and my campaign online at www.misterphillips.com/blog/.
As I believe in voter education, I would like to send you campaign emails through Election Day, June 8, 2010. May I continue sending you campaign emails? If I may not, please unsubscribe at the bottom of this email. I apologize for not asking your permission earlier.
