Come voice your concern about Richmond Mayor Tom Butt's proposal to relocate their methodone clinic to El Sobrante, at tomorrow night's El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council meeting: Wednesday, Nov. 8th, 7pm at the El Sobrante Library meeting room. One of the presentations scheduled is a representative from BAART (Bay Addiction Research and Treatment).
